Instead of putting demos and whatnot up for dl pronto, they put it on a waiting list so to speak and upload it on thursday. I think they are busy with Home and 2.00 right now, which are much bigger fish that they have to fry. Making people wait until Thursday is probably just for convenience for them. It's hard to get work done when you have all these little tasks to do on the side. Hence, they do it once a week to optimize efficiency. That's my take, but I don't know.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1159202865441545954.post-19055460459524482612007-10-11T23:09:00.000-04:002007-10-11T23:09:00.000-04:00The unfortunate thing is that this has been stated...The unfortunate thing is that this has been stated by this website probably almost a dozen times in the past few months.

But don't let that stop you from continuing to bring this up.

As I've said many times also is that in order for ANY store to be successful -- whether that be online or brick & mortar -- you have to keep customers coming back and as often as possible. With an update every Thursday the idea of going there any other day during the week is a complete waste of time.

And why after a year do we STILL only have a few PSOne titles? I can almost understand not seeing the PS2 titles -- since the system is still available -- but the store should be crawling with PSOne games. It's almost blasphemy that there's not more of those titles available.

I really wonder what will come of the PS2 titles that will eventually make their way to the store. With the new 40GB missing everything necessary to decode PS2 titles it's anyone's guess how or if it will ever work.

One can only hope that as Home gets closer to release that we'll see a REAL store with better offerings and more frequent updates.incredibilistichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05675775167356427635noreply@blogger.com
