IGN Launching PLAYSTATION Network Portal

If your a reader of gaming site IGN, then you might have stumbled onto this new PLAYSTATION Network Portal they just opened. It seems as if they may have partnered up with Sony to offer exclusive news or content or something over this site. It doesn't seem to be ready yet though.
