1UP has done some quick impressions on Capcom's upcoming Street Fighter IV for next-gen consoles (most likely). They describe it as a fast paced fighter.
"The first thing we noticed upon grabbing the joysticks, selecting our characters, and pressing 'start' is that the game is fast."Fast fighters are my type of game. Most likely for all others who like their matches to last, they will probably fix that situation though.
