I love what he said about the difference in the XNA game community handles user created content versus Sony's plan.
Similar to the Wii, you don't want dozens of crap games circulating the service versus having quality games.
Having said that, if Sony wants to really compete in this space they'll need to make sure they keep the fresh games coming. The XNA plan will certainly beat Sony in terms of numbers but hopefully Sony will continue its commitment to quality.
Their biggest hurdle in this is time. Delay is like the PS3's middle name thanks to Home, Haze and others that should've been released months ago but we're still waiting...patiently.
