A source has told CVG today that at Sony Studio Liverpool, they are developing a LittleBigPlanet for the PSP. Sadly, no further details were given on how the game will play on the PSP, but we can expect a link up with the PlayStation 3 version, to release September 2008.

Here's an idea, release the first game before you start talking about other systems.
Seriously, the game was shown last February and it's not due for another 5 months. I have little doubt the game will be a huge phenomenon but don't but the cart before the horse. Make sure it's a hit and then release it onto the PSP after the PS3 version is in the can.
At least another developer is handling the portable version but still, they need to finish up the PS3 version and make sure it doesn't slip into October or, worse yet, 2009!
