We were able to get some new screenshots of the Japanese version of the upcoming PlayStation Store revamp. The new store will include a preview functionality as you can see below, along with other new features as well. Enjoy!

I was thinking of going into my Hong Kong account to see if they got the new Store yet but after reading below this report I noticed that you have to have the latest firmware.
Oh well, it's only a few more days.
