High Stakes Poker Adding Camera Support

Dave Connelly of Coresoft updated us today on the PlayStation.Blog about a new update coming to High Stakes on the Vegas Strip: Poker Edition. The new update will allows up to six players to see and hear each other with real-time simultaneous audio and video. While of course, playing some poker. Now, if I can just get $10 bucks on my account.

High Stakes on the Vegas Strip Now Playable on PSP

It seems when 2.01 was put out for download last week, it enabled you to play High Stakes on the Vegas Strip: Poker Edition on your PSP via Remote Play.

I'm told that the game "works flawlessly over Remote Play allowing the player to use your PSP to also play the game online against real players".

I do not own the title, so I can't confirm it, but if you guys can help me out and give this a try, report here.

High Stakes on the Vegas Strip Coming This Thursday

SOE's multiplayer poker game, High Stakes on the Vegas Strip: Poker Edition will be released this Thursday through the network's PlayStation store. The title will go for $9.99 and supports a variety of features, now fairly standard for Sony PSN releases. High Stakes will support 1080p resolution, online play with up to six people, audio chat and online leaderboards.

PlayStation Store Update Predictions for September 6, 2007

Here are the predictions of tomorrow's PlayStation Store update from onAXIS.

DEMOS

• Hot Shots Golf 5 (Japan received one near their release)
  
• LAIR (it's out now, they said demo after release)
• NBA '08 (they gave us one for '07)
• Stranglehold (confirmed)
• SKATE (it's been in your hands for two weeks)

GAMES

• High Stakes on the Vegas Strip: Poker Edition (September 6, 2007)

Anyway, those are the predictions, don't expect them to come true though. Hopefully they will, plus more.

Big Week Coming on the PlayStation Store

This week is set to be one of the biggest weeks in PlayStation Store updates. Many new games are coming, hopefully along with some demos.

First off, we have Warhawk as a downloadable title, the first title to be released on the PlayStation Store that will also be on Blu-Ray disc. Other releases have been announced for August for High Stakes on the Vegas Strip: Poker Edition and Super Puzzle Fighter Turbo HD Remix, that means this week is the last chance for them to come.

Sony currently has the skate demo on their hands, so hopefully that will go up on the PlayStation Store, maybe with a Stranglehold demo.
