MX vs. ATV: Untamed: Guilty of False Advertising

The official website and GameStop for MX vs. ATV: Untamed display the game's online as "12 Player Online Racing" when the actual amount of online players is "8 Player Online Racing".

The tipster of this story also wrote regarding the title "the gas and brake are supposed to be analog, as specifically stated in one of the in-game tips. They are not. From what I’ve heard, it is analog on the Xbox 360, but for PS3 it’s either on or off."

He states the game is just a bad port of the Xbox 360 version. We will let you know how it is when we review it.

Git-R'-Done: Cars Mater-National Announced

THQ announced its plans yesterday to release another game based off of the Pixar animated movie Cars. The game, titled Cars Mater-National, will be coming to PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PlayStation 2, Nintendo DS, and Game Boy Advance.

Cars Mater-National promises fans a new adventure set in the town of Radiator Springs. The game will feature an entirely new cast of international, motorized characters, each vying for a slot in a competition against Lightning McQueen in the First Annual Mater-National Race Festival. Players will be able to explore the world of Radiator Springs at their own leisure. The game features new tracks, mini-games, and 10 multiplayer games.

Developed by THQ's Rainbow Studios, Cars Mater-National should race into stores this fall.
