Want to know the details and scoop about Guerrilla Games upcoming PLAYSTATION 3 title, KILLZONE 2? Want to get your question answered by a developer at Guerrilla Games? Lucky for you Plat4mer can help.
Plat4mer is doing an interview with an unnamed (to be named in actual interview) developer from Guerrilla Games and instead of asking their own questions, they want to know what you want to know.
Head over to the Plat4mer forums and ask your heart out. So far the main basis of questions seem to be "Will there be a beta?", "How long will KILLZONE 2 be", and "Will it make use of the SIXAXIS"?
To ask your questions on KILLZONE 2, which will hopefully be put into the final interview, visit the link below.

- The section you see in the trailer is only a tiny fraction of the whole game.
- You can go on a rampage, exact revenge protect the innocent or do of both, its all about the choices you make.
- There will be more enemies, and interesting characters.

SCEA has confirmed the news to 1UP and refused to specify a new release date, even one within a "end of 2007" timeframe. Here's their official comment:
"In an effort to provide consumers with the most robust experience on the PlayStation 3, and access to a diverse catalog of downloadable content, the date of SingStar PS3 has been pushed back. We hope to have a new launch date confirmed in the near future. With a strong lineup currently available for the PS2 including SingStar Rocks, SingStar Pop, SingStar '80s, SingStar Amped and the limited edition SingStar Pop Ceramic White PlayStation 2 bundle, the franchise will continue to provide fun for the entire family this holiday season."Well, I guess thats not news, there has been so many delays for the PLAYSTATION 3, it's not even funny.

According to some leaked and unofficial news, Sony will be releasing at least 7 downloadable titles through their PSP store following its launch in 2008. Said to be one-half to one-third the size of a UMD, the games will offer anywhere from 2 to 10 hours of play. According to GamesIndustry.biz, the titles will consist of:
...three action games, two music-based games, one racing title and a shooting game...All titles are being developed internally, which has a lot of promise if we see the same level of creative talent on these projects as we have in PSN downloads.

PlayStation Universe did an exclusive interview with Dan Ryan from THQ for the upcoming title, WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008. The details include:
"Will there be a Xbox Live and PlayStation Network demo before the games release and if so when?"And when Dan responded, all he said was:
" Yes. There will be a demo available for download on Xbox Live shortly before the game ships in November, so definitely keep an eye out for that and any further news on the subject. "Seems pretty odd to me. Read the full interview at the link.

Game Informer was able to do a Question and Answers on Level 5's upcoming PLAYSTATION 3 exclusive, White Knight Story:
"When Sony showed off White Knight Chronicles for the first time at TGS 2006, it was one of the biggest things that came out of the show. The developer for the recent Rogue Galaxy was cooking up a huge RPG for the new system, but little else was known about the game. At this year’s Tokyo Game Show, surprisingly, Level 5 allowed players to get their hands on it. We took some time to meet with Level 5 CEO/President Akihiro Hino and Senior Vice President Yoshiaki Kusuda to get a complete video walkthrough of the demo and find out more about how the game worked."View the videos at the link below.

Straight from MCV.
SCEE has given the reasons behind its decision to phase out the 60GB PS3 in Europe.
This morning, the format holder told MCV that once remaining stocks of the SKU had sold out in the territory, the 40GB PS3 would be the only model available to consumers.
The firm comments that the ‘missing’ features lacking in the 40GB SKU are ‘easily upgraded’, and that it believes backward compatibility with PS2 – a function the 40GB model lacks – is ‘less important now than when we launched’.
The firm explains in a statement:
‘Our offering in the UK market place for Christmas are the two 'sku's announced on Friday, but as the 60GB stock is depleted the £299 40GB SKU will be the only version available going forward.
‘The 40GB machine represents all the power and potential of PlayStation 3 at a very compelling price.
‘Whilst the feature set of the 40GB is a result of extensive feedback and research, all the 'missing' features should some consumers require them are easily upgraded with USB memory card readers, USB hubs, or bigger external USB or internal HDs.
‘The only functionality that is being removed is backwards compatibility - and this is because we believe this less important now than when we launched - as there will be 65 PS3 games available by Christmas.
‘Furthermore we believe we should now be devoting our resources to the future of PlayStation gaming and delivering next generation experiences.’

Instead, as Line Producer Sam Thompson told us, rumble support will be included on the Blu-ray disc. No need to wait for the US launch next spring to feel the effects of gunshots on the game's hero, Nathan Drake.Thats good that rumble will be in the game right off the bat, so we don't need any pesky updating. Read the rest of the Uncharted hands-on at the link below.

Famitsu has a smattering of new screens for the PlayStation 3's upcoming "lions, tigers and bears, oh my!" safari title Afrika. The screens show off the tremendous rendering power of the PS3 -- each of those animals looks good enough to hunt to extinction for their precious bones and furs -- yet how exactly this whole thing is going to play remains a mystery.
