Sonic Unleashed: Sonic Is a Werehedgehog

Sonic Stadium was able to get the first screenshots of SEGA's upcoming Sonic Unleashed. In this game, Sonic deals with an unnatural curse, he turns into a werewolf. Weird, we know, but intriguing none the less. The game features stunning graphics and Sonic looks better than ever. It features 2.5D platforming including some Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic & the Secret Rings gameplay.

A new character should be making an appearance in the game as well. The game's title, Sonic Unleashed, is a working title, and will likely change before release. No consoles were mentioned for it's release, but judging by it's visual style, it's a PS360 candidate.

Hot Shots Golf 5 Online Lobby Is a Mini-Home

The online game lobby for Sony Computer Entertainment's recently released Hot Shots Golf: Out of Bounds is pretty awesome. When you look at it, it is sort of like a mini PlayStation Home. You create a mini-avatar and chat with other players in the game lobby, while being able to access the XMB friends list. You can also entert and create custom tournaments with you and your friends.

Sonic Unleashed: First 2D Gameplay

A member of the Sonic Stadium forums managed to get a video of SEGA's upcoming Sonic Unleashed. The video features the 2D gameplay of the game, although from the screenshots, it does contain 3D gameplay as well. It seems to be a mix between Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic & the Secret Rings, and Sonic Rush. Enjoy!

Metal Gear Solid 4: Limited Edition Details for US Revealed

A game store employee has given us details (from NeoGAF) on the limited edition version of Konami's Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. The limited edition version will cost $84.99 and will include the below.

• A Blu-Ray Disc containing the below.
• 2 making of documentaries, and an interview with Hideo Kojima.
• 4 chapters of the graphic novel.
  
• Metal Gear Solid Import Soundtrack CD.

Europe Wants Their Own Official PlayStation Blog

Members of the Official EU PlayStation Forums have joined together in a petition for an official PlayStation blog for Europe. While the United States has PlayStation.Blog, Europe only has Three Speech, which is a semi-official blog.

European PlayStation console owners currently have no means of direct content with Sony Computer Entertainment. With an official blog, they would be able to get PlayStation Store and SingStore updates easier.
