Monster Madness: Grave Danger: Seven New Shots

SouthPeak Interactive has released seven new screenshots of Monster Madness: Grave Danger for the PlayStation 3. The graphics in this title looks extremely nice for a party game, especially the visuals in the third new screenshot. This new trailer SouthPeak has released for Monster Madness: Grave Danger makes the game look incredibly fun. I've never played the original on the Xbox 360, so I don't know how it was the first time around, but what I'm watching above looks like something I can play with a few people. Where is the phone? "Oh hey Danny, want to play Monster Madness?"

X-Blades Official Site Launches

SouthPeak have launched the official website of the upcoming PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC title, X-Blades. The game is a nex-gen hack n' slasher, and follows the story of a hunter named Ayumi who needs to kill her enemies to get what she's after. SouthPeak's Edge of Twilight Information

SouthPeak Interactive has announced today that Fuzzyeyes Studio's Edge of Twilight will be available on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC sometime in 2009. The game is under development using the Unreal Engine 3.

“We are very excited to help bring Fuzzyeye’s creative vision to life. The team spent a lot of time developing a comprehensive story to give the universe a history and purpose, which can change based on the players interaction within the world.” said Melanie Mroz, CEO of SouthPeak.

In Edge of Twilight, the player is placed in a steampunk world to play as Lex, an outcast bounty hunter who finds himself caught between clashes of two polar opposite civilizations. The game features fast-paced action and promises to be an immersive experience.

“It is energizing to see our unique vision take shape. We are bringing some unusual ideas to the table and so far we couldn’t be happier with the results,” said Wei-Yao Lu, CEO of Fuzzyeyes. “Gamers should look forward to 2009!”

Monster Madness: Grave Danger Coming Soon

SouthPeak has today announced that their formerly titled Monster Madness: EX is coming to stores the second quarter of 2008 with a new name. That new name is Monster Madness: Grave Danger. There is also a new logo, as you can see on the left there.

Monster Madness: Battle for Suburbia was already released on the Xbox 360 and PC, but the PLAYSTATION 3 version includes more. The PLAYSTATION 3 version comes with ompletely reconstructed camera angles, tightened control scheme, updated graphics and expanded online multiplayer modes meaning four player online co-op mode. It also includes 15 new characters and 20 new stages. The full press release below.

‘Monster Madness: Grave Danger’ is Coming For You

Grapevine, TX – February 5, 2008 – SouthPeak Games has confirmed the final title for the next installment of the Monster Madness series – Monster Madness: Grave Danger – coming to PLAYSTATION®3. First announced in September 2007 under the working title of “Monster Madness: EX,” Grave Danger will include a number of new and improved features. Fan feedback from the original “Battle for Suburbia” has been taken to heart and every Zombie, Werewolf and Vampire has been recalled to square one.

The title’s developer, Psyonix Studios, has taken the series back to the drawing board and analyzed every aspect of the game to revamp and fully realize the core fast paced monster blasting action for its foray onto the PS3. Improvements from the original Monster Madness: Battle for Suburbia include, completely reconstructed camera angles, tightened control scheme, updated graphics and expanded online multiplayer modes. One of the biggest requests from fans the first time around was an online cooperative story mode. Monster Madness: Grave Danger includes four player online co-op, but the terror doesn’t end there! Expect over 15 new character costumes and over 20 new “Challenge” mini-games to bolster the already rich gameplay experience.

Monster Madness: EX: First PS3 Screenshots & Information

Monster Madness EX is making it's way to the PLAYSTATION 3 as a revamped version of the Xbox 360 title. This SouthPeak Interactive title that has you taking four friends through a top-down adventure filled with monsters and madness, hitting our neighborhoods 2008.

The PLAYSTATION 3 version of the game comes with some new features. One of the features is "Online Co-Op Adventure Mode" which lets you play cooperatively online and offline with up to 4 players. Another is "Character Customization" which player characters are now customizable with over 100 purchasable (in-game currency) power-up accessory items. The last two being 25 new levels and bonus content for your unlocking goodness. Enjoy the screens!

Edge of Twilight Publisher Announced, 2009 Release

Today, SouthPeak Games announced that it will be publishing Fuzzyeyes' action adventure fantasy game, Edge of Twilight. The game is coming to next generation consoles and the PC in 2009. The screenshots and artwork are certainly something of their own. Take a look.

SouthPeak Edges the Twilight

Thursday 6th December/...SouthPeak Games has announced early details of its latest acquisition, an epic third-person action adventure called Edge of Twilight.

Developed by FUZZEYES, Edge of Twilight promises to deliver spectacular cinematic action and involved exploration when released for next-gen consoles and PC in 2009. This sees SouthPeak’s catalogue expand beyond releases for 2008, cementing the publisher’s plans for continued growth throughout the next 18 months.

“Edge of Twilight appealed to us because of its exquisitely original vision,” said Katie Morgan, Executive Vice President at SouthPeak Games. “We look forward to working with the talented team at FUZZYEYES on this incredibly ambitious title.”

Edge of Twilight is set in a post-apocalyptic dual universe where light and dark no longer co-exist, but are instead fractured into two separate planes of existence. With the player’s character, Lex, as the only ‘halfbreed’ left who can travel between the light and dark worlds, the scene is set for a truly vast adventure taking place within parallel realms, both rich enough to become living, breathing universes.

Monster Madness: EX coming to the PS3

SouthPeak Games have today announced that they will be releasing Monster Madness: EX for the Playstation 3 in North America, early next year.

Building on the popularity of Monster Madness: Battle For Suburbia released earlier this year on the Xbox 360, Monster Madness: EX promises improved game elements, a new look and four player co-op play for it's debut on the PlayStation 3.
