That was a tough one. Normally these things are pretty good (except for the Orange Box comparisons that were just lame) even though the video is super low-res.
I played the demo last night and it's incredibly smooth. Having only sampled the PS3 version I'd have to say that the PS3 wins in terms of how smooth the game runs but even if I'm wrong and the 360 version runs smoother I can't imagine how that would be possible. If it ran any faster I'd be looking for an option to slow the thing down. It's hella fast with seemingly non-existent load times with graphics prettier than Angelina Jolie in Beowulf. Wait...
The video is terrible to judge from. The PS3 version runs great, great colors, everything. 360 looks a little dulled down, but as for how smooth it is, that video is just a horrendous way to compare them.
