GDC 2008: LucasArts to Use PLAYSTATION 3 as Baseline

LucasArts' "new baseline" for their forthcoming games, besides games such as Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, will be the PLAYSTATION 3.

"Our next project will use the PS3 as the baseline, and then apply that to the Xbox 360," said Haden Blackman, project lead for Star Wars: The Force.

They learned some lessons while developing Star Wars: The Force, and now are going to develop multiplatform titles on the PLAYSTATION 3 first. Good to hear more developers are using the PLAYSTATION 3 as their console of choice.
