On the Rockstar Social Club official website, you are able to drag the objects around that are under the Story Gang book (you need to have completed the story to see it). A plane ticket can be clearly seen under the book for Niko Bellic from Liberty City and to San Andreas. Could this be an upcoming sequel to Grand Theft Auto IV? Or possibly just that exclusive Xbox 360 DLC? Or perhaps even exclusive PlayStation 3 DLC. Remember Mr. Reeves?

Well , I dont think it is this way and more along the way of just relating to the games they make.
There is someone on "the internet" that lives in Vice City. I am sure it is just a little internal joking within the rockstar line.
I agree with anonymous and I also think that since the game is basically a carbon copy they didn't bother altering a few documents or references to the other cities just for the sake of the PS3.
Agreeing again with anonymous, if I can recall Rockstar makes a point of hiding something about the other fictitious cities they've created just for fun.
However, having said all of that, there's a good chance that PS3 owners will get some DLC at some point. Although it's quite possible that the $50 million MS paid for the exclusive DLC could include a window that would lock the content down to the 360 for a long time.
But if it's more than 9 months then who cares.
