First Screenshots of Resident Evil: Degeneration Movie

Sony Pictures and Capcom have recently joined together in a big collaboration to produce the first CGI Resident Evil movie, Resident Evil: Degeneration.

The guys at NeoGAF don't seem to think it's on par with Advent Children, but to me, it looks just the same. Enjoy the screenshots.

Advent Children was a joke all the way through. Regardless of how well the artwork and animation were the movie still sucked to me.

The story was so convoluted and strange that I found it really hard to follow or even care about in the end. Don't even get me started on all the "this'll be great for the trailer" poses and lines-delivered-over-shoulders-for-intensity scenes.

The screenshots look okay to me but the true test lies in the animation. Even the Final Fantasy movie "looked" great but they moved like they mannequins in Winter.

Story first, animation second. Anyone want to see a great film with almost zero dialog but a story you can understand and care about check out "The Triplets of Belleville". Freaky animation couple with an equally freaky but original story make for a great film.

Best CG-animated film EVER in my book, and where I based screen name and PSN ID from is "The Incredibles".
